I had the honor of taking photos of Amy and Steve Wollins, who taught my children at Temple Beth Ami Nursery school!!!! I was really looking forward to visiting this home and seeing another friendly, familiar face.

I asked Amy if she had anything personal she wanted to share with me and she said:

Steve is still working (Morgan Stanley), meeting with his team on zoom every morning and still talking with clients. He and I are both putting a lot of mileage on our sneakers every day - enough so that we are ordering new ones!  I have been walking every morning at 7:00am with a group of women in my neighborhood that I’ve walked with for over 15 years. We’ve managed the physical distancing and continue to see each other for the morning walk and now an afternoon walk as well. Happy hour happens almost every day on our driveway when the weather is warm  where we can wave at and chat with our neighbors walking by!  Our kids are in Brooklyn and Philadelphia- they continue to work and are healthy. We see them on zoom, but looking forward to big hugs soon.  We are grateful for all we have.  Where will we go first after the pandemic?  The hair salon!  (For both of us 😂😂😂)

I am loving hearing about all the walks and have thought about sitting in my driveway just to waive at people passing by as well! Thank you Amy and Steve for participating in #TheFrontStepsProject! And you guys were just too cute I couldn’t resist posting one of each pose!
