#TheFrontStepsProject

I was happy to take photos of Stuart, Amy, Jackson, Jules, and Brando (another familiar family!) The Sherman’s have been busy working from home, spending quality time with their family, learning new recipes, and doing TikTok dances!

I have to add here that when I took their photos, I thought I was capturing TWO poses, trying my best to “direct” from afar and get Brando (the dog) to look at me. Most people who know me know that I take tons of photos, one reason why this project is taking so long for me to post and why I post one family a day! I take about 100 photos of each family and go through each photo to select the best of each pose. (I gave every family the option of as many poses as they wanted which is why some families have more photos than others). So, while I thought there were only TWO poses to choose from, when I actually went to choose the photos to post, I found so many variations of the two poses I just could not resist posting these variations. I love how creative they were, and as a photographer, some of the variations told an entirely different story (some I just had a hard time choosing from because there were so many photos I loved). So look at the photos and comment if you see any subtle variations and what you think it means?

Thank you to the Sherman family for your creativity and for being a part of #TheFrontStepsProject!
