#TheFrontStepsProject
It was so fun to visit the Rothleder family and take photos of Sara, Jeff, Naomi, and Molly!!! This was a VERY special home for me, as my daughter Jenna loves to babysit for Naomi and Molly! Naomi and Molly are so special to her, I feel as if I know them personally. She is always telling me how adorable and cute they are, and showing me videos and sometimes facetiming me from their home when she babysits. When she sees Naomi and Molly out in public, Jenna just smiles. So, of course I brought Jenna with me when I went to their home!
When I asked Sara if she wanted to share anything personal she said:
“ We were lucky enough to have gotten to participate in #TheFrontStepsProject right before the new Stay at Home Order took effect. Prior to that, we were trying to be creative in our social distancing by spending time with friends outside, albeit at least 6 feet apart, but nonetheless it was something. We participated in this awesome project to support the mom, Erica, of our favorite babysitter, Jenna. My kids begged and pleaded for Jenna to come to the photo shoot but I didn't want to put that kind of pressure on them. Low and behold, who shows up, with her mom, to the photo session?! Not only did Jenna come, but she brought her two dogs that my kids are obsessed with! These days, even seeing and interacting with others, who we love, at a distance seems to make the day that much better. We are so thankful to Erica for capturing this unique moment and bringing some joy to our day. “
What a sweet message from Sara—-what she didnt know was that Jenna was just as excited to come (with our dogs) as they were to see her. It was the highlight of her day/week as she has been social distancing herself!
Thank you to the Rothleder family for participating in #TheFrontStepsProject!!!
